Donations for the Way Station
June 1-24 | Drop-Off Times during Library Hours
The O’Neal Library
From June 1-24, The O’Neal Library will be collecting donations of menstrual products for the Way Station, which is a homeless shelter for young adults. Unopened and unused boxes of pads, tampons, feminine wipes and more are encouraged donations. Those wishing to donate may bring their items to the second floor of the reference desk this month. Anyone wishing to help package these goods for delivery may learn more and register here. Contact young adult librarians Michelle Cheng and Gracie Roth at teens@oneallibrary.org with questions.
Weeknight Trivia
Wednesday Nights | 8 p.m.
Otey’s Tavern
There’s questionable behavior at Otey’s Tavern on Wednesday nights, thanks to Otey’s Team Trivia. With cold classic cocktails, award-winning burgers and wings and the festive Otey’s atmosphere, Will Haver, Lance Taylor and Sean ‘Rockstar’ Heninger educate the masses with knowledge that will take you places. Trivia night is great for groups or a date-night activity. Check out the menu and stay up to date on event happenings here.
